Forbes has revealed its 30 Under 30 Music list for the year ahead, ranking young Stateside chart toppers currently making big noises.

The list includes electronic artists such as Madame Gandhi and rapidly rising Brooklyn-based Korean-American producer, artist, vocalist and NTS Radio regular Yaeji, whose EPs have garnered critical acclaim by combining house beats with East Asian lyricism.

Entrants were judged by EDM superstar Marshmello, production maestro Boi-1da and Emmy-winning filmmaker and media entrepreneur Molly DeWolf Swenson. All made the same annual list in previous editions.

Earlier in 2018 Forbes published its latest Highest Paid Celebrities chart, with Calvin Harris coming out as the richest dance music artist in the world. Few were surprised at that accolade, though, given he has topped the business magazine’s Highest Paid DJs rundown for the last five years running.
